Mail Tracking Systems
MailTrack is a bespoke, client server document and case management system. It was developed as a thick client user interface connecting to a multiuser database.
MailTrack models the following business processes:
Registration and Tracking of mail documents, Tasking of Referrals to relevant staff members by section and then query type, Storage of responses to the original query,
Automated Document Production from result templates and report generation.
MailTrack has a comprehensive series of reports producing statistics on referral times, response times and percentage success rates. These reports help the customer to keep track of performance with the goal of improving compliance with freedom of information requests and departmental targets in order to provide the public with a better level of service.
