Location: Holiday Inn, Training Academy, Ormeau Ave, Belfast

Overview of Course Format

Note: Delegates can register as Foundation only (days 1-3) or Practitioner (days 1 to 5).

For all delegates:

  • Pre-course work, including PRINCE2 manual, issued in advance
  • Course notes, with practice papers, issued day 1
  • Days 1-3: Tuition & practice exam questions
  • Day 3 (3pm-4pm) 1hr, multiple choice, Foundation Exam

Delegates Progressing to Practitioner

  • Days 4-5: Tuition & practice Practitioner Exam questions
  • Day 5: (2pm-4.30pm) 2.5hr, OTE style (multiple choice), Practitioner Exam

Completing the pre-course work is not mandatory but is highly recommended. Evening work is required (avg 2-3 hrs per night). Practitioner delegates must pass the Foundation exam before they can sit the Practitioner examElite has an above the National Standard pass rate at both Foundation and Practitioner levels.

If you would prefer a closed course, delivered at your premises, don't hesitate to contact us to discuss your requirements. An initial 1hr consultation, to discuss training requirements, is free of charge, with no obligation to book. If your organisation is based within the greater Belfast area this can take place at your premises, otherwise the consultation will be by telephone.
