As well as delivering a high quality training service, we've
always developed software. Recently, we've packaged some of
our software into a product form that others can use. The
list will grow over time but in the meantime, here are the
first two products to be released:
This tool allows training managers to easily control their
training budgets, keep track of an organisation's training
needs and report on the training budget in thousands of ways
instantly. Training Plan Manager has been around for about
3 years now. This new version is optimised for 32-bit platforms
including Microsoft Windows™ 95, 98, NT and 2000.
New features for Training Plan Manager include:
- A "web module" that lets organisations easily
deploy intranet-wide access to the database. This allows
section leaders and training liaison officers to see staff
training records via a web browser and make requests for
training.
- New improved Report Wizard Create Multiple Training Needs
- easily create hundreds of training needs and instantly
see the impact on your training plan. Remove these needs
just as easily. Fantastic for playing "what-if?"
analysis with your training plan.
This is a web-based tool essential for any organisation that
needs to book time in "slots". Can be integrated with
other databases where existing client lists exist. For example,
in Northern Ireland, users of the LCID (Local Community Information
Database) system can benefit from the fact that Appointment
Manager is fully integrated with LCID.
