The Accounts department at Elite is run by Madeline.

We try to keep everything as straightforward as possible and you'll always be guaranteed prompt and courteous attention if you have any enquiries.

Below we've outlined some common questions that we get asked.

How can I pay Elite?

  • The most cost-effective way for you to make a payment is by BACS transfer. We can supply you with details of our bank account and you can arrange to have monies transferred. All we ask is that you send us a remittance advice detailing payments made. If you want our bank details, contact Madeline
  • By Cheque
  • Cash
  • We do not accept payment by credit card. This is simply because we receive no demand for this service. However, we keep this under review.

When do I have to pay?
Elite Training and Consultancy Services currently has a prepayment policy

  • When you book a course, we send you a Booking Form/Pro-forma invoice. When you sign the Booking Form, this constitutes a contract between you and Elite. This form has the details about the training required, the costs, dates and cancellation clauses.
  • We ask you to sign and return the Booking Form - along with your payment
  • When we receive payment we send you a VAT invoice marked "Paid With Thanks"
  • If, for some reason, prepayment proves to be impossible (e.g. a last-minute booking), you can bring payment on the morning of the course.
  • Alternatively, you may be able to open an account with Elite and pay for your training after it has taken place.

Do I have to pay Value Added Tax (VAT)?
This is a common question asked by many clients - especially those from the Republic of Ireland and further afield. We are VAT registered and therefore obliged to charge VAT on all services carried out within the UK.

  • For a UK-based enterprise - whether you are VAT registered or not - the answer to the question is generally yes.
  • For a UK resident the answer is generally yes

However, there are many VAT laws and they are constantly under review If you are unsure if you are liable to pay VAT please feel free to contact Madeline
